Do you ship worldwide?


Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary based on your location.


Where do you ship from?


We ship from a network of fulfillment partners located around the world. Your order will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible, helping to reduce shipping time and cost.


Can I change or cancel my order?


As our products are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return or refund upon delivery.


What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?


Orders are processed and fulfilled by our print partners. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Please note that fulfillment times may be longer during holidays or peak periods. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped directly from the print facility.


How long will it take to receive my order?


Shipping times vary depending on your location and the print provider. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after fulfillment, though some international orders may take longer. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.


What if I don't receive my order?


If you haven't received your order within 30 days (U.S.) or 40 days (international), please contact us at contact@bikelifehb.com. We’ll investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?


Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?


Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.


When will I receive my refund?


Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return or cancellation is confirmed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
